3X:Chemistry Encapsulator is a 77% high solids, single component paint specially formulated to stop rust. Bonds to bare or rusty metal to form a rock hard finish that won't crack, chip, or peel. Unaffected by road salt, gasoline, oil, battery acid, and hydraulic fluids. Provides factory-like new finish to frames, trailers, hitches, A-frames, and more. One quart covers up to 100 square feet.
